What You'll Do:

'14; Source, screen, and place qualified candidates

'14; Build and maintain strong talent pipelines

'14; Partner with clients to meet staffing needs quickly and effectively

'14; Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance processes

'14; Support branch operations and mentor junior recruiters

What We're Looking For:

'05; 1-2 years of staffing/recruiting experience

'05; Experience in light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics staffing preferred

'05; Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

'05; ATS/CRM experience required

'05; Bilingual English/Spanish
