Pay Rate: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Heavy Forklift Operators with the ability to safely operate Hyster 280, Hyster 360, or comparable heavy-capacity forklifts.

This position requires experience transporting oversized materials approximately 40 feet long and loads weighing 10,000–20,000 lbs. Candidates must be confident operating heavy equipment in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Hyster 280, Hyster 360, or similar heavy-capacity forklifts safely
• Transport oversized materials weighing approximately 10,000–20,000 lbs.
• Safely maneuver materials up to 40 feet in length
• Load, unload, move, and stage heavy materials throughout the facility
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns
• Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines
• Maintain awareness of pedestrians, equipment, and surrounding work areas
• Assist with additional warehouse or manufacturing duties as needed

Requirements & Expectations

• Previous heavy-capacity forklift experience is required
• Experience operating a Hyster 280, Hyster 360, or comparable heavy forklift is strongly preferred
• Experience handling oversized materials and heavy loads (10,000–20,000 lbs.)
• Ability to safely maneuver materials approximately 40 feet in length
• Strong knowledge of forklift safety, weight distribution, and load stability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
