MIG/TIG Welder

We are seeking a skilled MIG and TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabrication, with proficiency in various welding techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Read and carry out simple instructions.
• Carry out assignments/tasks assigned.
• Perform quality checks throughout the process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Need to be safety conscious.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Must have interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
• Knowledge of quality and safe work procedures.
• Understanding of basic technology of area where assigned.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in MIG and TIG welding required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively.
• Ability to perform quality checks throughout the process.
• Ideal candidate will show persistence, punctuality, and determination.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred, but not required.

Summary:

• The pay is based on experience.
• Room for advancement.
• 1st shift training, and may stay on 1st or move to 2nd shift.
• Must be able to work overtime.
