ASSEMBLER/OPERATOR

Location: Temecula, CA
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Pay Rate: $19.25–$27.94/hour
Contract Duration: Through 09/27/2027
Schedule: Multiple shifts available
Hours: 40 hours/week


Position Overview:

We are seeking an Operator I to support manufacturing operations in an onsite production environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow established policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus but is not required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manufacturing and production activities according to established procedures and work instructions.
  • Use microscopes to inspect, manipulate, or work with small components and materials.
  • Use hand tools to manipulate, handle, and feel materials or components.
  • Read, interpret, and follow written instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Complete work accurately while maintaining required quality standards.
  • Participate in required training and follow instructions provided by trainers and supervisors.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Work effectively as part of a manufacturing team.
  • Perform physical activities required in a production environment, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, pushing, pulling, and occasional crawling.
  • Lift and carry items weighing less than 50 pounds.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Ability to follow detailed policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Comfortable using a microscope.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret information.
  • Ability to use hand tools.
  • Ability to work in a production environment for extended periods.
  • Must be able to pass an eye exam and color vision test.
  • Must have sufficient close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours per day.
  • Ability to lift/carry items weighing less than 50 pounds.


Preferred Experience:

  • Medical device manufacturing
  • Electronics or small-component manufacturing
  • Precision assembly
  • Cleanroom manufacturing
  • Microscopic inspection
  • Manufacturing in a regulated environment
  • Experience using hand tools for detailed work


Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

  • Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, up to 10 hours per day.
  • Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull.
  • Occasionally crawl and climb.
  • Use hand tools and perform detailed work.
  • Lift and carry items weighing less than 50 pounds.
  • Perform work requiring close, distance, and color vision and depth perception.


Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $19.25–$27.94/hour
Hours: 40 hours/week
Shifts: Multiple shifts available
Location: Temecula, CA – Onsite
