General Warehouse Associate

This role involves performing key warehouse and production line tasks related to product packing and shipping. The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for assembling products, handling inventory, and preparing shipments to ensure efficient order fulfillment within a medium to large team environment. This position typically reports to the Warehouse Manager or Team Lead and requires regular weekly inventory tracking to maintain accurate stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Pull inventory or parts from larger stock for production and orders
• Prepare packaging and shipping materials for outbound products
• Pack products securely for shipment to maintain quality
• Handle materials safely and efficiently to support warehouse operations
• Track inventory weekly to ensure stock accuracy
• Perform quality control inspections to maintain product standards
• Fulfill orders accurately and timely within team protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in warehouse operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and practices
• Familiarity with packaging and shipping procedures
• Experience with product assembly tasks
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
