Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established financial institution in Southaven, MS. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a banking professional with strong loan documentation experience, excellent attention to detail, and hands-on familiarity with LaserPro.
The Loan Processor will support lending operations by preparing, reviewing, and processing accurate loan documentation while helping ensure files move efficiently through the lending process. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements.
- Manage multiple loan files while tracking deadlines, documentation status, and required follow-up.
- Use LaserPro to support loan documentation preparation and processing activities.
- Communicate with lenders, internal banking teams, and related parties to resolve documentation issues.
- Maintain organized loan files and ensure records are complete and properly documented.
- Support a fast-paced lending environment with accuracy, professionalism, and strong follow-through.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range: $47,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience.
- Full-time schedule.
- On-site position in Southaven, MS.
