Receiving Associate

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Receiving Coordinator for a manufacturer in Ringgold, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating incoming deliveries of material and shop supplies. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of types of metals.

$18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

6:00am – 4:30pm Monday through Thursday, overtime Fridays 6:00am – 12:00pm

Receiving Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

• Cut metals to specifications for customer orders

• Unload trucks with deliveries of metal parts/material and other deliveries of supplies for metal fabrication shop by hand and/or by forklift

• Enter all receipt of goods into computer system

• Coordinate delivery of received items internally

• Assist with inventory tracking of material received and stored

Receiving Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements

• Forklift certification

• Must pass tape measure test to 1/16th

• Basic computer skills

• Previous shipping and experience

• Lift 50lbs (in office assessment will be conducted)
