We are looking for a Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in San Francisco, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can align multiple workstreams to broader business objectives while maintaining visibility into timelines, budgets, and risk exposure. The role requires strong collaboration, clear reporting, and the ability to guide programs from initial planning through successful delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Direct interconnected projects within a larger program framework to ensure progress supports overall business goals
• Develop program timelines, establish key milestones, and track execution from kickoff through completion
• Prepare and communicate updates on roadmap progress, delivery health, emerging challenges, and performance outcomes
• Evaluate potential risks across projects and drive mitigation plans that improve schedule reliability and cost efficiency
• Oversee program financials by creating budgets, monitoring spend, and supporting disciplined resource allocation
• Coordinate communication across teams and stakeholders to keep priorities, dependencies, and deliverables aligned
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and promote a high level of engagement throughout the program lifecycle
• Stay informed on market developments, business conditions, and operational practices that may influence program direction
• Support program activities related to evolving internal processes when needed as part of overall delivery responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale programs with multiple concurrent projects

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present status, risks, and recommendations clearly

• Solid understanding of planning methods, scheduling practices, and project management disciplines

• Experience developing budgets, monitoring costs, and improving financial performance within a program environment

• Ability to identify dependencies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain momentum across workstreams

• Proven skill in stakeholder management, including building trust and maintaining alignment on objectives

• Familiarity with defining measurable outcomes and tracking success metrics throughout delivery

• Experience working in environments involving digital assets is preferred

• B2B, SaaS or large Tech company preferred
