Summary:

The Assistant General Sales Manageris responsible forsupporting the General Sales Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail store.

Responsibilities:

• Support the General SalesManagersin overseeing all sales KPIs including but not limited to; volume, margin, closing ratio, sales per guest,beddingand protection.

• The ability to handle all customer-related issues in the absence of the General Sales Manager.

• Provide exceptional leadership withtimelyand effective communication to the sales, guestexperience,and visual teams.

• Coach members of the sales staff to build individual and team success in a professional manner.

• Assist the General Sales Manager inmaintainingbudgeted administrative costs including wages and supplies.

• Ensure complete and adequate documentation of procedures and tasks completed.

• Complete various report functionsin a timely manner.

• Aid tomaintainproper staffing levels for the sales team job codein accordance withcompany set budget levels.

• Prepare and administer impact coaching sessions forthe developmentof the sales team.

• Coordinate and execute daily, weekly peak state huddles.

• Work with the Visual Presentation Managerregardingproduct placement.

• Report changes in policy and other information to staffmembers.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements Qualifications:

• High School Diplomarequired

• 2 + years working in the retail industry

• Ability to motivate employees to achieve sales KPIs

• Ability to handle guest concernsin a timely manner

• Ability to interview and staff retail location

Compensation:Individual compensation packages aredeterminedbased on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.Annual Base Salary Range:$72,000.00 - $84,000.00. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible to earn monthly incentive compensation based on Store Revenue, Protection Gross Margin, Bedding Margin, and Conversion.
