We are currently seeking Installation Associates to join our team. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity paying $25.00 per hour, with openings for both entry-level candidates who are ready to learn a skilled trade and experienced appliance installers looking to continue growing their careers.

Installation Associates perform residential and new-construction appliance installations, including:

• Refrigerators

• Dishwashers

• Ranges

• Ovens and wall ovens

• Cooktops

• Microwaves

• Vent hoods

• Washers and dryers

• Other residential appliances

Experienced installers may also work with more advanced installations, including 36"–60" professional ranges, built-in refrigeration, wall ovens, raised vent systems, and panel-ready appliances.

What You'll Do

• Safely handle and install gas and electric household appliances.

• Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and established installation procedures.

• Use hand and power tools to complete installations.

• Connect appliances and test them to ensure proper functionality.

• Perform quality checks to ensure installations are completed correctly.

• Provide professional, white-glove customer service in customers' homes and new-construction environments.

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding installation work.

• Document completed work and important job notes using mobile/software applications.

• Participate in team meetings and communicate questions or concerns to management.

• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking ForEntry-Level Candidates

• 0–1 year of experience – training is available for the right candidate.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, construction, maintenance, or similar hands-on work is helpful.

• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn a skilled trade.

Experienced Candidates

• 1+ year of appliance delivery and installation experience preferred.

• Experience installing residential gas and electric appliances.

• Advanced installation experience with built-in or professional-grade appliances is highly desirable.

Additional Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.

• Ability to read and understand product specifications, safety rules, operating instructions, and installation manuals.

• Ability to document job information clearly and accurately.

• Strong organization and time-management skills.

• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to frequently lift 50+ lbs. and occasionally lift 90+ lbs.

• Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with residential appliance installation.

Dress Code & Safety

This is a hands-on position. Steel-toe shoes or boots are required. Employees must wear casual but appropriate work clothing without rips, tears, or holes. Jewelry and facial piercings/jewelry may not be worn while on shift.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
