Pay Range - $23.00 - $25.00 hr Weekly Pay
Description:
The Overnight Recruiting Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing recruiting, temp staffing, and associate support for a high-volume warehouse operation. This role works closely with client warehouse leadership to maintain staffing levels and ensure a positive associate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, interview, and onboard warehouse associates.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline to meet staffing needs.
Partner with warehouse leadership on headcount and staffing requirements.
Monitor attendance, call-offs, turnover, and staffing coverage.
Support associate questions, concerns, and employee relations matters.
Coordinate assignment changes, transfers, and assignment ends.
Maintain accurate employee and recruiting records.
Ensure onboarding and staffing processes follow company and client requirements.
Lead and support onsite recruiting/staffing team members.
Communicate staffing updates and concerns to leadership.
2+ years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or warehouse experience preferred.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Comfortable using recruiting and workforce management systems.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per week
