Filling Operator URGENT NEED HIRING IMMEDIATELY -Pay $20/hr
Job Description
- Operate and monitor automated filling and support equipment in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, and company quality standards.
- Complete documentation, quality checks, and room/equipment cleaning activities.
- Maintain a safe, sterile, and efficient production process.
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:10 PM - 11:20 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:20 PM - 7:30 AM
- Weekend work may be required, typically 1-2 Saturdays per month.
- Set up, operate, and monitor automated filling equipment.
- Operate support equipment including fillers, stoppering units, and cappers.
- Complete production paperwork and logbook entries following approved procedures.
- Follow all GMP, SOP, and fill room operating procedures.
- Collect samples and perform fill weight and quality checks.
- Clean filling equipment, machine parts, rooms, walls, and floors.
- Assist with preventive maintenance activities, including equipment inspection and cleaning.
- Ensure production areas remain clean, sterile, and inspection-ready.
- Follow safety, quality, and contamination-control procedures at all times.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating production equipment or analytical instrumentation, OR
- 2 years of experience as a Clean Room Operator.
- Experience working in pharmaceutical, GMP, SOP, or production environments.
- Knowledge of cleanroom operations and sterile manufacturing processes.
- Ability to operate production machinery and equipment effectively.
- Experience following detailed procedures and documentation requirements.
- Aseptic processing experience.
- Knowledge of sterile filling operations.
- Training in aseptic techniques, gowning, PPE, and sterilization procedures.
- Experience handling sterile chemicals and sanitizing agents.
- Familiarity with cleanroom regulations and contamination control.
- Work in a controlled cleanroom environment.
- Full PPE required, including:
- Coveralls
- Hood
- Mask
- Gloves
- Lab coat
- Shoe covers
- Hair net
- Moderate to loud noise levels; hearing protection may be required.
- Regular use of sanitizing and cleaning agents.
- Climate-controlled, clean, and sterile facility.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $52624.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
