Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative/Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring operations in North Carolina. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive candidate experience, keeping recruitment activities organized, and partnering closely with both on-site stakeholders and remote talent teams. The role combines coordination, communication, and administrative support in a fast-moving environment where accuracy and follow-through are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Connect with prospective candidates, share timely updates, and help maintain engagement throughout each stage of the hiring process.
• Welcome visitors arriving for in-person interviews and ensure candidates have a well-organized on-site experience.
• Act as the primary on-site point of contact between the office and the remote Talent Acquisition team to keep hiring activities aligned.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems and related tools, ensuring information is current and well documented.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps, including offer-related logistics and onboarding support for selected candidates.
• Follow up after interviews to communicate next steps, gather status updates, and help move the process forward efficiently.
• Handle sensitive candidate and employee information with discretion and in accordance with confidentiality expectations.
• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to recruiting and HR partners as needed, including scheduling and process support.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources support, administrative operations, customer service, or a comparable field.• Strong ability to organize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a busy work setting.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented and service-focused approach.
• Proven initiative and consistent follow-through when coordinating interviews, updates, and recruiting activities.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Comfort working with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems; experience with recruiting tools is preferred.
• Prior exposure to interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, or broader recruiting support is helpful.
• Understanding of confidentiality standards and HR-related processes is a plus.
