How you make a difference
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the organization's total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, leave programs, and HR technology initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and HRIS matters.
- Oversee executive compensation, incentive programs, salary structures, job architecture, and market benchmarking activities.
- Lead benefits strategy and administration, including health and welfare, retirement, wellness, and leave programs.
- Provide governance and oversight of HRIS platforms, technology enhancements, data integrity, compliance, and system transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or closely related field from an accredited college or university.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred with focus in human resources, compensation and/or benefits.
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years experience in human resources with at least five years leading and managing Benefits and Compensation administration.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a senior management capacity.
- Experience leading and managing total rewards in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Experience with a distributed workforce and labor unions is a plus.
Licenses/Certifications
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or similar credentials a plus.
