Your Schedule

Monday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

What You'll Treat

You'll work with a diverse orthopedic caseload including:

  • Post-operative orthopedic patients
  • Total joint replacements
  • Neck and back pain
  • Manual therapy patients
  • General musculoskeletal conditions
  • Sports rehabilitation
What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work closely with Physical Therapists to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy treatments
  • Provide one-on-one patient care
  • Assist patients through individualized rehabilitation programs
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
  • Document treatments using EMR
  • Collaborate with therapists to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

QualificationsRequired
  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current Maryland PTA license
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
Preferred
  • One year of outpatient orthopedic experience
  • Manual therapy experience
  • New graduates with strong orthopedic clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
