We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Volunteer Coordinator for a temporary, part-time position. This role is crucial in supporting our non-profit mission by efficiently managing warehouse inventory and effectively coordinating volunteer efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of hands-on inventory management skills, a passion for leading volunteer teams, and the ability to contribute to administrative tasks within a dynamic warehouse environment.

Inventory Volunteer Coordinator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $14.00 to $15.00 /hour
- Part Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift (Sunday through Sunday from 08:00am to 04:00pm)
- Oversee the receipt, sorting, organization, and tracking of donated and purchased goods within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent data entry and utilization of designated computer systems.
- Ensure proper stock rotation, quality control, and preparation of items for distribution or program support.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment at all times.
- Recruit, schedule, train, and supervise volunteers for various warehouse-related tasks and projects.
- Provide clear instructions, guidance, and foster a positive, productive, and engaging atmosphere for volunteer teams.
- Serve as a primary point of contact and support for volunteers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a rewarding experience.
Inventory Volunteer Coordinator Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Word.
- Demonstrated experience in data entry, inventory control processes, and general warehouse operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly direct and motivate volunteers.
