Skilled Manufacturing - Welding, Machine Operators &Powder Paint

Adecco is partnering with a local manufacturing client in West Bend, WI, to hire skilled and dependable manufacturing professionals for a variety of positions, including:

• Welders
• Laser Machine Operators
• Powder Painters
• And other skilled manufacturing roles

1st, 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities available!

Pay: $18–$30+/hour
Pay is based on experience, specific skill set, position and shift. Opportunities for pay increases upon hire-on and at 60-days and 6 months after hire-on.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a skilled manufacturing, welding, metal finishing, machine operation or similar role
• Experience operating or working with equipment relevant to the position
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions or production specifications, depending on the role
• Ability to use basic measuring tools and inspect work for quality, as applicable
• Steady work history with good longevity at previous employers
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn new equipment, processes and skills

Specific experience and qualifications will vary by position.

Pay Details: $720.00 to $1,650.00 per week
