We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a wide range of corporate positions in Odessa, Texas. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced recruiting specialist who can manage searches across corporate functions, including executive leadership, IT, accounting, and other specialized roles. The right candidate will bring a consultative approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a high-quality experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for corporate and administrative openings, from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by using online sourcing tools, networking channels, and targeted outreach strategies to identify suitable candidates.
• Review resumes and applications thoroughly to assess alignment with position requirements and organizational needs.
• Conduct phone screens and structured interviews to evaluate experience, technical fit, and overall candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal stakeholders while managing calendars and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
• Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand role expectations, refine search strategies, and provide updates on recruiting progress.
• Use applicant tracking systems and related recruiting tools to maintain accurate records, track candidate activity, and support reporting needs.
• Support hiring initiatives for specialized and leadership-level searches, including technical, engineering, and executive recruitment efforts.
• Promote inclusive hiring practices by expanding sourcing approaches and helping attract talent from diverse backgrounds.• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment for corporate, specialized, or detail-focused positions.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple functional areas such as executive leadership, IT, accounting, engineering, or other technical disciplines.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, and interview coordination.
• Hands-on experience working with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with a high level of organization, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners.
• Knowledge of effective recruiting practices, including pipeline development, talent engagement, and diversity-focused outreach.
