Key Position Details:
- Role: Quality Control Associate I
- Location: Norwood, MA (100% On-Site)
- Job Type: 6-Month Contract
- Pay Rate: Up to $38.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)
- Target Start Date: September 7, 2026
- Education Requirements: BA/BS in a STEM field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years in a GMP Quality Control laboratory setting

Responsibilities
- Perform routine bioassay and analytical testing, including Cell-Based Potency, qPCR, sequencing, and electrophoresis.
- Support raw material testing and maintain general laboratory readiness.
- Prepare essential reagents, keep equipment calibrated and clean, and manage lab supplies/inventories.
- Write, revise, and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols.
- Support data management by scanning, logging, and uploading accurate laboratory records.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and participate in internal/external audits.
- Foster a safe, clean, and engaging working environment alongside a supportive cross-functional team.
