We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support currency administration activities and provide responsive service to clients in Boston MA. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is organized, interested in financial markets, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines. The role focuses on coordinating routine deliverables, addressing client questions, and maintaining high service standards through consistent execution of established procedures.


Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day support for assigned currency administration accounts, ensuring time-sensitive activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

• Respond to client questions in a timely and attentive manner, escalating issues when needed to support service expectations.

• Coordinate with managers and internal teams to confirm daily outputs are delivered according to client commitments.

• Partner with regional offices to maintain smooth handoffs and consistent completion of required client work.

• Apply established operating procedures to complete production tasks with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.

• Maintain a strong working understanding of currency administration services to support client needs and internal processes.

• Monitor assigned activities for completeness and quality, helping identify and resolve exceptions promptly.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to follow defined procedures and manage recurring daily tasks with accuracy.
• Interest in finance, foreign exchange, or capital markets.
• Client service mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Fund accounting or foreign exchange exposure is helpful, but not required.
