A growing staffing and employment services organization is seeking a driven Staffing Consultant in Tucson, AZ for a direct hire opportunity. This is a sales-focused, 360-degree staffing role ideal for a motivated business development professional who enjoys prospecting, building client relationships, closing new accounts, and matching talent with meaningful career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and win new client accounts through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Meet with business decision-makers to understand hiring challenges and recommend tailored staffing and recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate rates, margins, placement terms, and service expectations with client companies.
- Recruit, evaluate, and match qualified candidates to open roles generated through client development efforts.
- Manage client relationships to drive repeat business, account growth, and long-term partnerships.
- Track activity, pipeline, client communication, and placement progress in a metrics-driven sales environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $50,000 per year.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
