School Nurse – Elementary | W-2

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dependable School Nurse (RN or LPN) to support elementary students in a local school district. This is an opportunity working in the school nurse’s office and providing care throughout the school day.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide nursing care and support to elementary students throughout the school day
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and school policies
  • Respond to student illnesses, injuries, and other health-related needs
  • Monitor students with ongoing medical needs and health conditions
  • Maintain accurate student health records and documentation
  • Communicate with parents/guardians, teachers, administrators, and healthcare providers as appropriate
  • Support health screenings, communicable disease prevention, and overall student wellness
  • Follow applicable federal, state, and local regulations and school health policies

Qualifications

  • Current RN or LPN license in the state of employment
  • School nursing experience preferred, but not required
  • Pediatric or healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain required state and federal clearances
