Pay: $17.75/hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PMJOB DUTIESAnswer member, pharmacy, and provider questions regarding pharmacy benefits.Research and resolve pharmacy benefit and medication coverage issues.Process and review medication coverage and prior authorization requests.Work with pharmacists and medical professionals when clinical review is needed.Assist pharmacies with prescription claims and troubleshoot issues.Verify member eligibility and pharmacy benefits.Document inquiries, decisions, and case information accurately.Provide excellent customer service to members and healthcare providers.Follow company policies and all applicable regulations.REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalent.National Pharmacy Technician Certification required.At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in retail, hospital, managed care, or a similar setting.Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.Strong computer, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of pharmaceutical generic and brand names.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.If you're a certified Pharmacy Technician looking for a MondayFriday opportunity, Mancan Staffing wants to hear from you! #DINDC
