Production Operator – Overnight Shift – $20-$21/hr – Training Provided

Location: Honeoye, NY
This is an overnight position with a 12:00 AM start time. Reliable transportation to the Honeoye, NY area is required

Pay:
  • $20.00/hr + $1.00/hr overnight shift differential
Potential Pay: $21.00/hr for applicable overnight hours

Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday | 12:00 AM-8:00 AM
Position Type: Full-Time

Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking dependable Production Operators to join a manufacturing team in Honeoye, NY. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build manufacturing experience, learn new equipment and processes, and work toward a long-term opportunity.

Training is provided for qualified candidates.

What You'll Do
  • Operate and monitor production equipment according to established work instructions.
  • Package finished products into bags, boxes, and pallets according to customer specifications.
  • Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assist with machine setup, product changeovers, and startup activities.
  • Complete basic production records, quality documentation, and downtime information.
  • Operate scrap grinding equipment and assist with recycling and waste reduction efforts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area following established housekeeping standards.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and food safety procedures.
  • Communicate production, equipment, and quality concerns to supervisors and team members.
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
  • Willingness to learn new equipment and production processes.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
  • Must be comfortable working a 12:00 AM overnight start time.
  • Must successfully complete required pre-employment screening and assessments.
