Job Summary:
We are seeking two compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists to join a growing outpatient orthopedic practice. This position offers one-on-one patient care, structured mentorship, and the opportunity to work with a diverse orthopedic patient population in a collaborative environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide one-on-one outpatient orthopedic treatment.
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Provide occasional coverage at multiple practice locations as needed.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
Active Maryland Physical Therapist License (or eligible to obtain).
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required.
Experience with Dry Needling, Vestibular Rehabilitation, or Concussion Management is a plus.
