• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.
• Inspect welds and finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in training new welders and provide guidance on best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding preferred.
• Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar role.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment.
