Oil and Gas Title Attorney

Our client is an established oil and gas law firm based in Fort Worth, TX, representing clients across multiple states and oil and gas basins. The firm is known for providing exceptional legal services to its clients.

We are seeking an Associate Oil & Gas Title Attorney for a full-time, salaried position. The role may be remote or in-office and will focus on oil and gas title examination, due diligence, legal research, and drafting and reviewing oil and gas agreements.

• Review and draft oil and gas title opinions.

• Conduct title examinations and due diligence.

• Perform legal research and analyze title-related issues.

• Draft and negotiate oil and gas agreements.

• Provide legal analysis and support on oil and gas matters.

• Collaborate with attorneys and clients while managing assignments independently.

• 2+ years of experience in oil and gas title examination.

• Experience drafting and negotiating oil and gas agreements.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• JD degree from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Oil and gas or energy industry experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Salary: $85,000-$200,000 annually
