We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Temporary Team Leader to oversee production activities within our industrial press/work cell. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for driving efficient production, ensuring quality standards, and developing a skilled and compliant team. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Team Leader Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.50 to $21.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 09:30am to 03:30am)

• Lead, motivate, and guide a team of associates to achieve efficient production goals within the assigned press/work cell.
• Ensure all manufactured parts are packaged and labeled accurately according to approved packaging standards.
• Verify that all operators thoroughly understand and adhere to their work instructions.
• Prepare work cells for job changes, ensuring associates have all necessary tools, materials, and resources.
• Provide comprehensive training to new and existing associates, documenting their level of proficiency and fostering skill development.
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Utilize client time-keeping systems accurately for payroll and attendance.
• Perform basic data entry for production records and reports.

Team Leader Qualifications:

• Supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Demonstrated ability as a trainer, with experience documenting employee proficiency.
• Basic data entry skills for record-keeping and reporting.
• Familiarity with Plastic Injection Molding processes.
• Experience with packaging and labeling operations in a production setting.
