We are looking for an organized Executive Assistant to support leadership within a manufacturing environment in Elmira, New York. This Long-term Contract position requires someone who can manage complex schedules, coordinate business travel, and help keep executive priorities on track. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle multiple requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars by scheduling appointments, resolving conflicts, and ensuring leaders are prepared for daily commitments.
• Arrange domestic and business travel, including transportation, lodging, and itinerary planning, while keeping schedules aligned with executive needs.
• Coordinate meeting logistics for leadership, including planning sessions, confirming attendees, and organizing timing and location details.
• Support executives with day-to-day administrative tasks that improve organization, responsiveness, and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor changing priorities and adjust schedules or travel plans as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to ensure meetings, travel, and executive activities are accurately coordinated.• At least 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage calendars with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.
• Experience booking and coordinating business travel arrangements for leaders or teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with standard office and scheduling tools used for meetings, calendars, and travel coordination.
