Customer Relations Coordinator (Contract)
Location: Downtown Houston, TX
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Duration: 2-6 Month Contract
LHH is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Relations Coordinator to support a high-volume Royalty Hotline team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong customer service or call center experience who enjoy helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.
This position is based in a downtown Houston office. Please note that the office may relocate to the Galleria area in the future.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from royalty owners and respond to inquiries via email.
- Research customer information and resolve issues using internal systems.
- Maintain and update customer account information.
- Process requests related to ownership changes, tax information, and banking updates.
- Log customer interactions and inquiries in Salesforce.
- Perform administrative and system-related tasks to support the Division Order team.
- Assist with Operator Hotline inquiries as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while handling a high volume of inquiries.
This is a high-volume customer service environment. The hotline receives approximately:
- 400-1,000 inbound calls per month
- Up to 1,000 emails per month
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills and professional phone presence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous call center, hotline, or customer service experience.
- Division order, owner relations, or oil & gas industry experience.
- Experience using Salesforce and/or SAP.
