Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour
Position OverviewWe are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Technicians to support a variety of earthwork, landscaping, erosion control, and infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, learning new skills, and building a long-term career in construction.
As a Construction Technician, you will work alongside equipment operators and project crews performing site preparation, pipe installation support, erosion control work, landscaping, and project punch-list activities. Projects include parks, athletic fields, river restoration work, infrastructure improvements, and other outdoor construction projects.
Responsibilities- Assist equipment operators with pipe installation and utility work
- Help set grades and support cut-to-grade operations
- Perform earthwork, dirt work, and site preparation tasks
- Install and maintain erosion control measures
- Support utility and pipework activities
- Complete punch-list items such as:
- Reseeding and landscaping repairs
- Park bench installation
- Concrete replacement and repairs
- Touch-up painting
- General site cleanup and finishing work
- Assist with river and park improvement projects
- Move and place rocks, boulders, and construction materials
- Follow project plans, directions, and safety procedures
- Maintain tools and equipment provided by the company
- 1+ year of experience in one or more of the following:
- Erosion control
- Utilities
- Earthwork
- Landscaping
- General construction labor
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable performing physically demanding outdoor work
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Detail-oriented and capable of completing assigned tasks accurately
- Reliable with good time management and organizational skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
