Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.00 per hourShift:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, This is a in person position.

What’s a typical day look like? You’ll be:
  • Providing administrative support to clients and internal departments
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on retention
  • Communicating with clients via phone and email regarding documentation, requests, and updates
  • Promptly processing and responding to emails, calls, and messages that require immediate attention
  • Accurately logging client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the internal database
  • Following HIPAA-compliant communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Proactively identifying and resolving issues, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Performing additional duties as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma (required); bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Bring at least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Are able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to various customer personalities in a fast-paced environment
  • Have experience in the service or legal industry (a plus)
