LPN - Pediatrics - Smithtown

Job Responsibilities

• Work Day Shift: 8am to 8pm
• Plan and manage patient care tailored to each patient's needs
• Interview patients and record their medical history and physical condition
• Obtain patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration
• Provide routine care for patients
• Observe patients’ health and report any changes
• Assist with patient comfort and needs

Requirements

• Completion of a state-approved LPN program
• Current LPN license for the state you are working in (or willingness to obtain)
• BLS & ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
