Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Copy Center Clerk for a direct hire opportunity in Shippensburg, PA. This role supports the complete day-to-day operation of a combined mail and print center, including print production, wide-format printing, finishing, USPS mail processing, and FedEx shipping.
This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented print and mail services professional who enjoys hands-on production work, customer interaction, and keeping operations organized and running smoothly. The Copy Center Clerk will work in a client-facing environment where accuracy, communication, professionalism, and reliable service are essential to success.
The position offers a stable, service-focused work setting with the opportunity to use both technical print production skills and administrative reporting abilities. Candidates who enjoy teamwork, problem solving, and producing high-quality work in a fast-paced production environment will be well aligned with this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate daily mail and print center functions, including USPS metering, outgoing FedEx shipping, copy production, and wide-format print jobs.
- Perform print finishing services such as laminating, folding, GBC binding, cutting, quality control, final checks, and job assembly.
- Set up, calibrate, operate, and troubleshoot production copiers, wide-format printers, mail meters, shipping systems, and finishing equipment.
- Maintain accurate monthly activity records, reporting tools, inventory levels, and shop documentation.
- Deliver high-quality, error-free work by reviewing job requests, validating instructions, prioritizing deadlines, and maintaining consistent production standards.
- Provide professional customer service in a client-facing environment while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
