The Warehouse Coordinator/Forklift Operator supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, staging, inventory movement, and shipping of company products. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory, efficient material flow, and safe handling practices throughout the warehouse.
Duties
Living to the client’s Mission and Beliefs, while following all safety procedures.
Following all ERP processes and procedures.
Be able to maneuver in a forklift around tight spaces
Maintain cleanliness including areas around their workspace and equipment.
Maintain an open line of communication with other team members and supervisors to alert them to potential hazards and processing issues.
Monitor all equipment while working and stop immediately if there is an issue that could compromise product quality or worker safety.
Maintain inventory integrity within our system by making sure all receiving and moving transactions are accounted for in Deacom accurately and checking license plates.
Responsible for loading trucks and all paperwork and license plates are correct.
When receiving product in making sure packing slip and physical quantities match.
Maintains physical condition of the warehouses.
Ensure an orderly maintained stock within warehouse by rotating stock while continuing allergen controls.
Actual physical counts of raw material and tag controls required.
Providing the lines with their needs timely and accurately.
Responsible for accurately entering information into scanners, checking all license plates and computer system before moving on to next order.
Accurately picking and packing all orders while following all notes or instructions listed on customer specific orders.
May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
Completing all tasks assigned for the week
Following all safety procedures while on forklift
Work Pace: Fast- Must maintain pace with the lines; consistent pace is necessary
First Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
Pay Details: $16.50 per hour
