Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Location: Multiple Counties in Maryland

Work Setting: Primarily In-Home with some opportunities in daycare, preschool, or clinic settings

The Learning Tree ABA is actively hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support our growing client population across Maryland.

This is a flexible opportunity for BCBAs who are looking to choose clients and schedules based on their preferred location, availability, and desired number of working hours. Most current clients require afternoon and evening services and are primarily located in home-based settings.

• Conduct behavioral assessments and review assessment results.

• Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Monitor client progress and make treatment recommendations based on data.

• Supervise and provide clinical guidance to RBTs and other ABA team members.

• Ensure accurate data collection and documentation.

• Provide parent training and collaborate with families and treatment teams.

• Complete progress reports, treatment plans, and session documentation in a timely manner.

• Active BCBA certification required.

• Active Maryland LBA preferred; candidates who have started the Maryland LBA process will also be considered.

• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

• Ability to supervise RBTs and other ABA staff.

• Comfortable providing in-person services, primarily in clients' homes.

• Ability to travel locally between client locations.

• Flexible availability, including afternoon and/or evening hours.

Clients range from approximately 18 months to 21 years old and have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

• BCBA availability

• Preferred location

• Client needs

• Insurance-approved service hours

Many current opportunities involve afternoon and evening hours.

• Hourly opportunities typically range from $75-$90 per hour.

• Salaried opportunities are generally in the range of $90,000-$110,000 annually, depending on hours and caseload.

• Strong candidates with different compensation expectations are encouraged to apply.

• Sign-on bonus opportunities of up to $10,000 may be available depending on hours and commitment.

• Prince George's County

• Queen Anne's County

• Worcester County

• St. Mary's County
