Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Asset Manager to support large-scale content operations across brand, campaign, design, and studio initiatives in Seattle, Washington. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, managing high asset volumes, improving metadata quality, and creating efficient processes within a digital asset management platform. The role focuses on scaling asset operations through practical execution, smart use of data, and continuous process improvement across multiple content programs and regions.

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day asset activity within Orange Logic, including bulk uploads, metadata updates, asset relocation, and cleanup of large content libraries.
• Analyze reports, exports, and asset data to identify priorities, organize remediation efforts, and confirm accuracy after updates are completed.
• Bring legacy and backlog content into alignment with current metadata and library standards by creating consistent methods for each type of remediation work.
• Oversee high-volume asset intake and metadata imports, troubleshoot mapping issues, and resolve exceptions tied to vendor or system-delivered files.
• Turn repetitive manual tasks into scalable workflows by using templates, saved views, bulk tools, and platform-based automation features.
• Configure and refine automated processes in Orange Logic in collaboration with workflow and integration partners to support long-term operational efficiency.
• Evaluate AI-driven capabilities such as tagging, metadata generation, and content analysis at scale, documenting results and highlighting improvement opportunities.
• Restructure folders, collections, and taxonomy models to improve findability, support growth across regions, and maintain a logical library framework.
• Create clear documentation for operational procedures, metadata practices, and platform usage so that repeatable processes can be applied consistently across teams.• Proven experience working in digital asset management, with strong knowledge of asset libraries, metadata practices, and content organization.
• Hands-on experience using DAM platforms such as Orange Logic to perform bulk asset operations and platform configuration.
• Ability to work with large data sets, reports, and exports to plan work, validate results, and manage content at scale.
• Solid understanding of metadata tagging, taxonomy structures, and digital image or media asset classification.
• Experience identifying manual process gaps and building practical automation or workflow improvements to reduce repeated effort.
• Comfort working in evolving environments where priorities may not be fully defined and operational standards are still being established.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools or platform features used for tagging, metadata generation, reporting, or content analysis.
