Store Manager

The Store Manager will oversee a medium-sized team of 6-15 employees, reporting directly to the District Manager. This role primarily focuses on driving consistent sales growth, ensuring compliance with visual merchandising and loss prevention standards, and maintaining smooth store operations with minimal travel required outside local store activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead store staff to achieve operational goals
• Manage inventory levels and control stock accuracy
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for growth
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve conflicts effectively
• Create and maintain staff schedules to optimize coverage
• Train and develop employees to enhance skills and productivity
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and policies
• Uphold loss prevention practices and store compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Skills in retail management, inventory control, and customer service
• Strong team leadership and sales analysis abilities
