Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Hospice CNA to join our team. In this role, you will perform face to face assessments and visits to determine hospice eligibility. There is no on-call, and the individual gets mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications
- Current NP license in the state of practice.
- Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients and families effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Willingness to adapt to changing patient needs and environments.
