LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established and growing Oklahoma organization to identify a Full Charge Bookkeeper for its Norman-based team. Position Summary

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience and a solid foundation in accounting principles. This individual will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries
  • Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare financial reports and support management reporting needs
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting activities
  • Maintain organized and accurate accounting records
  • Support audit requests and provide financial documentation as needed
  • Utilize QuickBooks for accounting transactions and reporting
  • Collaborate with leaders across the organization to ensure financial accuracy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
  • 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks required
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Understanding of GAAP and accounting fundamentals
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience within construction, real estate, homebuilding, or project-based accounting environments is a plus

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year
