Key Responsibilities- Braze copper and metal assemblies using torches and related equipment while maintaining quality and production standards.
- Prepare, fit, align, and assemble components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform pressure testing, evacuations, and leak detection to verify product integrity.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.
- Inspect finished assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and performance requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues related to brazing, assembly, and production processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet customer and manufacturing goals.
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing best practices.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on copper brazing experience.
- Proven ability to produce clean, consistent, high-quality brazed joints.
- Experience performing pressure testing and leak detection.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical production work as needed.
- Experience with welding, soldering, or metal fabrication.
- HVAC, refrigeration, heat exchanger, or mechanical assembly experience.
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, torches, furnaces, and related production tools.
- Experience working in a quality-driven production environment.
- Competitive pay ranging from $25-$32 per hour based on experience.

This is a Permanent position based out of Tolleson, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
