Maintenance Technician 32hr

Aerotek is looking to hire several Industrial Maintenance Technicians to work at a new Distribution Center in the Richmond area (south west Houston) for the largest E-Commerce Company in the world. This is a full time position and the pay rate is $32.50 an hour. Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $32.50

Location: Richmond ( South west Houston)

Shift: 4 x 10 hour shift- Morning or evening shift- must be flexible

Description:

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will use your skills to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will have the opportunity to install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

The Mechatronics & Robotics Technician (MRT) will be responsible for the following:

• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment (Ex: conveyors)

• Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures

• Perform battery changes, and preventive maintenance on batteries

• Enter downtime data in daily log, complete PM sheets

• Managing work orders within a CMMS

• Electrical, knowledge of basics components

• Troubleshoot and identify problems with equipment

• Track and store the departments inventory, including spare parts

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, Texas.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.
