Pay: $22 - $23/hr | Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5

BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in City, State Zip. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional community, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks with professionalism.

Responsibilities

•Complete work orders efficiently and professionally

•Perform general maintenance tasks, including:

oBasic plumbing repairs

oElectrical troubleshooting

oAppliance diagnostics and repair

oCarpentry, drywall, and general upkeep

•Assist with unit turns and make ready preparation

•Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities

•Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude

•Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements

•Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred

•Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions

•Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently

•Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented

•Strong communication and customer service skills
