Job Description:
Join the team building the largest data center in the world, located in Richland Parish, Rayville, Louisiana. We're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support administrative and logistical operations for a major ongoing construction project.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person keeping schedules, deadlines, and communication running smoothly between our internal team, general contractors (GCs), and client stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days look the same — ideal for someone who thrives on staying organized amid shifting priorities.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate schedules and logistics across a 25-person project team
- Track and manage deadlines on all project deliverables
- Monitor day-to-day progress and flag potential delays
- Serve as a liaison for client support and communication efforts
- Prepare progress reports and planning documentation as needed
- Attend and support client and staff meetings related to the project
- Coordinate closely with general contractors (GCs) and construction stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of administrative or project coordination experience
- Experience coordinating with general contractors or in a construction environment (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong independent, self-directed work style
- Comfortable working with all levels of an organization, including senior executives and executive admins
- Working knowledge of Google Suite
- Willingness/ability to visit and walk a construction site as needed
Nice to Have:
- Background as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- Prior experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
