- Coordinating safety and quality functions alongside the Supervisor
- Auditing shipments, work areas, and processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality policies
- Maintaining the Document Control Center and quality system data and records
- Supporting internal audits, quality management systems (QMS/QIS), and following up on corrective actions
- Updating visual aids, process instructions, quality procedures, and client documentation
- Generating and updating control charts and reviewing all controlled documentation for accuracy
- Participating in continuous improvement projects and developing performance enhancements
- Conducting plant tours for compliance checks and maintaining organized workstations
- Managing aged material processes, excess inventory, vendor and parts profiles, and return shipment paperwork
- Monitoring compliance reports and coordinating cycle counts for Sync Report Analysis
- Actively participating in corrective action and improvement plans
- Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
- Possess previous inventory experience and familiarity with Quality Management Systems
- Demonstrate strong computer skills (including MS Office, Windows, Visio)
- Are comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Can adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have experience with internal audits, document control, and corrective action plans (preferred)
- Are skilled in basic to intermediate math and fluent in English (reading, writing, verbal)
- Bring experience in logistics, distribution, or a similar environment (preferred)
