Job Summary:
The Facility is seeking an experienced Regional Manager - Pharmacy to lead and oversee pharmacy operations in Newport, Oregon.
This leadership position is responsible for maintaining effective management controls to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality pharmacy services. The Regional Manager will plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and evaluate departmental functions, activities, staffing, and costs while supporting pharmacy employees and optimizing patient care.
The role also includes clinical pharmacy responsibilities, including preparing and dispensing medications, assessing patient clinical status, providing drug information to the medical team, and educating patients.
Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- Current, unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist License.
- At least two years of pharmacist experience, OR one of the following qualifying pathways:
- Successful completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration & Leadership Residency.
- Successful completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency plus one year of pharmacist experience.
- One year of leadership experience plus one year of pharmacist experience.
- Six months of experience in an interim SHS Pharmacy Supervisor or higher-level role may substitute for one year of leadership experience.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience preferred based on position requirements.
- Leadership experience preferred.

Additional Requirements
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS and ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire for PCH Pharmacy.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment/post-offer drug screen.
- Holiday coverage is not required.
- This is a permanent, full-time position.
- 1099 arrangements are not accepted.
