Executive Assistant Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)
4-5 years Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Able to pass a background check.
Able to work in the US.
Receptionist / Executive Assistant Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)
Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive and direct them to where they need to go
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors
Purchase, track, and invoice office supplies for company
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Arrange travel and accommodations
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Day Shift, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm
Monday - Friday
