Router Operator

Job Title: Router Operator / Furniture Associate
Location: Newton, NC
Pay Range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)

What's the Job?

• Operate routing equipment to cut, shape, and prepare furniture components according to specifications.
• Read and follow production orders, measurements, and quality standards.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

• Previous manufacturing, woodworking, furniture, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read tape measures and perform basic measurements accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance record and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
