Job Description
Have you run your own cabinet shop, carpentry/fabrication business, millwork company, sign shop, or construction company?
Do you miss leading a great team, building incredible projects, and seeing customers blown away by the final product…
…but you don't miss chasing payments, preparing estimates until midnight, dealing with QuickBooks, insurance renewals, HR issues, payroll, or wondering where your next project is coming from?
If that's you, keep reading.
About UsWe are a a custom fabrication company specializing in experiential marketing environments, trade show exhibits, commercial millwork, custom cabinetry, branded environments, scenic fabrication, and one-of-a-kind projects.
No two weeks are the same.
One week we're building a custom corporate lobby. The next we're fabricating an activation for a national brand. Then we're loading scenic elements onto a cruise ship or building displays seen by millions of people.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building things, leading people, solving problems, and making a shop run like a well-oiled machine.

Why This Job Is DifferentThis isn't another corporate manufacturing job.

Every week brings a new challenge, a new customer, and a new project.
You'll help create work that people photograph, experience, and remember.
If you've spent years running a business and discovered that you love building teams more than managing the business itself, this could be exactly what you've been looking for.
We take care of finding the work.
You build the team that brings it to life.
