We are currently hiring Die Cast Operators for a busy manufacturing facility in Auburn, IN. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on production work and are looking for a long-term position with a growing company. As a Die Cast Operator, you will operate production equipment, inspect parts for quality, and ensure products meet established specifications.

Die Cast Operator Details:
- Temporary position
- $19.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)
- Operate die casting and related production equipment
- Load and unload materials and finished parts
- Monitor machines during the production process Perform visual inspections and quality checks
- Remove excess material or flash from cast parts as needed
- Follow production, safety, and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete required production paperwork and documentation Work effectively as part of a team
- Meet production and attendance expectations
Die Cast Operator Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Die casting experience is a plus, but training may be available for the right candidate
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and handle production materials as required
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Willingness to work the assigned shift and overtime when needed
- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
